Business Heating

I strongly recommend this heating company for their excellent service. We had a complete heating breakdown during New Year's holidays: no heating, no hot water! The entire heating system had to be replaced. From the very first contact, Giacomo was very kind, honest, professional and reassuring. He responded quickly and took the situation seriously right away, even though I contacted him on the New Year's Day.
His young team was excellent: friendly, professional and very competent. They worked with great care and left everything clean and tidy afterward. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which is rare these days.
The price was very decent and fair, especially for the level of service provided. After years of expensive issues and poor service with Bulex company, I truly wish I had found Giacomo and his team earlier. It would have saved me a lot of money and stress.
I am extremely grateful to them for their help and professionalism. If you are looking for a reliable heating company, look no further. Thank you so much, Giacomo and team!

Des bruits étranges provenaient du système, ce qui a rendu nécessaire la réparation de la chaudière. Le travail a été effectué avec soin et la chaudière fonctionne maintenant silencieusement et correctement.

Un remplacement de chaudière effectuer cet été pour préparer l'hiver, un gérant qui connaît son métier et à l'écoute, qui ne pousse pas aux dépenses inutiles, une installation propre,bref...je ne peux que recommander !

Service excellent, avant, pendant et après l’installation. Giacomo a été très serviable, compétent et honnête. Un plaisir.

My fully functioning boiler was to receive its annual service. The technician arrived on time and an hour later I was informed there was an issue and he would be back to correct it. He arrived later in the day and several minutes later I was handed his phone to speak with the owner who told me I needed a new boiler. The technician left and subsequent emails to the company to arrange for a new boiler remain unanswered. They left our family with no heat or hot water in late November for 3 days. I called another specialist who solved the problem (a gas line for the pilot light broken by the Business Heating technician),in 30 minutes. Complete incompetence on the part of Business Heating.

Update:
In response to their reply to me 3 years later, I will include their email to me confirming their appointment with me. To insinuate that this might be a false review or that I never did business with them says something about their record keeping and their ethics.
