Alfa Ladderlift

booked Motaz Ladderlift a week in advance and even confirmed the day before. Moving day came — and no one showed up. I called, emailed, and texted, but got no answer. Three hours later, someone finally messaged me saying their truck had “a problem” and that they couldn’t come until the next day. By that time, my move was completely ruined and I had to scramble to find another company last minute. I lost time, money, and an entire day of work. Zero reliability, zero communication. Totally untrustworthy.

The team showed up hours late without any notice. They seemed unprepared and disorganized, which made the move extremely stressful. I had to coordinate everything myself while they stood around. Avoid them if you value punctuality

hired Verhuisbedrijf AssetBreak for a house move, and it was a complete disaster. They arrived late, were disorganized, and didn’t handle my belongings with care. Several items were damaged, and their communication was practically nonexistent. I would never hire them again.

Motaz Ladderlift advertises itself as “fast, safe, and reliable.” None of that was true. They were slow, unsafe, and totally unreliable. They promised to protect my items and provide insurance coverage, but when things went wrong, they denied everything. Their website looks nice, but the service is a complete disaster. The lift driver didn’t even help carry items — he just sat in the truck while the others did all the work. In the end, I paid a ridiculous amount for damaged furniture and a bad attitude. This company is a scam, not a service.

Gisteren mijn verhuis gedaan door Alfa, was niets op aan te merken ! Dikke duim !!!
