We first chose Grando Keuken for the beautiful design Davy created — and especially for the stunning cabinet color we simply couldn’t resist. From the start, we appreciated their support during our home reconstruction, even before we had committed, as they helped us plan and refine designs with genuine care. But what truly stood out for us at the end was the integrity they demonstrated behind their actions. When a few issues arose during installation, the team handled them with accountability and kindness — qualities that are rare today. We would now always return to Grando not just for their design, but for the people behind it.

Mijn keuken is nieuw en niet correct geinstalleerd waardoor deze gedeeltelijk onbruikbaar is. Ik wacht al 2 maanden tot ze dit komen oplossen!

Showroom; choix des éléments, matériaux, appareils, plans et visualisations initiaux: parfait, très bien guidé.
Mesurage définitif: sans aucun problème.
Placement de la cuisine: réalisé avec soin, résultat impeccable.
Mention spéciale pour le sous-traitant qui s'est occupé du plan de travail en granit: super-pros!
Qualité de la cusine: très satisfait après un an.

Presque, parce que le back-office chez Grando, c'est du grand n'importe quoi: envoient leurs équipes 3 FOIS à la mauvaise adresse; 9 mois pour remplacer les éléments endommagés pendant le transport / livraison - "on a déjà essayé de vous contacter plusieurs fois" - (et ça ne serait probablement pas encore réglé si ça n'avait pas été la fin de leur année fiscale, avec les derniers 10% à payer).

Heel aangenaam contact gehad met Davy. Hij laat je rustig rondkijken in de toonzaal en bespreekt daarna duidelijk de mogelijkheden voor een keuken zonder zichzelf op te dringen. Hij gaf veel informatie en samen kwamen we tot een heel mooi ontwerp. Een aanrader!
