Energy & Fluide

The technicians arrived at a completely different time than the scheduled appointment. Obviously, they did not have the necessary qualifications to carry out diagnostics and repairs. They took advance payment. (That was my mistake to agree with that) They didn't provid payment receipt. Repair schould be done at the next day. But they disappeared. There is no communication from the office. Our emails are being ignored. No one has done any repair. No comunication from the technicians also.
On the scheduled day, no one came to us and no one informed us about possible new appointment, or some problems.
Aftet 5 days of silence some comunication started.
But this is not an attempt to solve the problem, but a bulldozing of self-interest. Despite the fact that no service was provided, they refuse to refund the advance payment.
Run avay from these scammers.
And the most important - NO PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. Doesn't matter what do they say.
