Drain Stop

Zeer tevreden van de service van Alex

Called the company for an appointment to clean the clogged rain water drain. A technician came without a suitable tool to cut through the metal pipe (a part of the job). I had to cut through the drain pipe myself using my grinder. Still paid 413.40 eur for inserting the hose into the hole in the pipe that I cut myself and using pressure to flush out the dirt out using my garden water connection (wonder if it was possible if I hadn't have it). The pavement left dirty, but there was no reason not to flush a least some dirt down the street drain, since he had a pressure hose, especially considering the price. Some dirt also got on the neighbour's car. I'll also have to repair the hole in the pipe myself as they provided no other idea or solution.
Not the best experience, I find this very overpriced.

Compete cowboys!!! Avoid like the plague!

We had a clogged system and a guy came round and was very aggressively trying to fix it with a pressure machine.
532 euros later, he had flooded a downstairs bathroom and water was literally coming through the walls (First 3 photos attached), one of the porcelain toilets they put the pressure machine down cracked (Second 3 photos attached), and the problem still wasn’t fixed!

They then had a story about how they needed a different, more specialised machine/technician to fix the problem at an increased cost. (He tried to explain it by saying that the first guy was a doctor but the second one was a ‘surgeon’). I spoke to several other plumbers about this and they all said that was complete rubbish.
The guy I spoke to was also rude and aggressive.

I emailed them 3 times to ask for a detailed invoice as well as asking for an explanation and they never replied! (Requested in March, it’s now June).
The total bill for this terrible service was 532 euros! For nothing. PLUS the cost to replace a toilet (and dealing with the insurance company). PLUS the cost of finding someone to investigate how the water came through the walls. AND they were trying to get more money out of us.

Save your money and sanity, and go elsewhere
