Pay attention to the following: 1- At purchase, they will lie about the delivery time by being extremely vague. They will not commit to a specific date but will tell you that there is nothing to worry about as it usually takes a couple of weeks. Even after almost 6 weeks of waiting they still could not say a specific date (standard reply: they will be here in the first week of a given month, etc). 2- Even after nonsensical delays they do not take any responsibility on the impact it causes on your schedule and obligations. 3- They have nothing in stock. Nothing. Even a simple corner profile needs a wait of weeks. 4- They will not take tiles back. They do claim vaguely that perhaps they could do it depending on the stock, but it's all a pre-purchase gimmick. Again, fine print with no commitment. Even if the tiles you bought are literally the ones they have on display at the entrance of their showroom. They will tell you that it is written in the fine print, that their tiles are sacred and that they need to be completely uniform. This posture shows that they are not business oriented. Not at all. After you give them the money , you are on your own.They will not take any responsibility on their delays nor assist you as a client. Thus, avoid at all costs. There are various other options in and around Brussels. Try any other shop - perhaps you will have more luck.
